患者突然短暫意識(shí)喪失，易發(fā)生危及性命的情況，如患者突然在大馬路上發(fā)作，車來車往，發(fā)生車禍的概率將大幅度提高!一般患者發(fā)作的時(shí)間不超過30秒，自行恢復(fù)。癲癇小發(fā)作有哪些癥狀?如患兒在學(xué)習(xí)或玩耍時(shí)突然面色蒼白、雙目凝視、中止原來的活動(dòng)和談話、手中持物跌落、頭前傾、口角眼瞼顫動(dòng)、時(shí)有眼球顫動(dòng)，既不跌倒、也不抽搐。發(fā)作頻率不等，少者每月1～2次，多者每日數(shù)十次，發(fā)作次數(shù)越多，患者的智力會(huì)受到極大影響。

(二)變異性小發(fā)作(非典型小發(fā)作)

1.強(qiáng)直性發(fā)作：表現(xiàn)在某些肌肉突然的強(qiáng)直收縮，如軀干前屈、頭前傾等固定于一個(gè)姿勢(shì)，持續(xù)一段時(shí)間，一般不超過1分鐘，伴短暫意識(shí)喪失，發(fā)作后立即清醒。

2.肌陣攣發(fā)作：頭部和上肢肌肉為主的雙側(cè)節(jié)律性肌陣攣抽動(dòng)，可單一或重復(fù)多次抽動(dòng)，發(fā)作不伴有意識(shí)障礙，可發(fā)生在任何時(shí)間。3.無動(dòng)性發(fā)作：突然發(fā)生的一過性肌張力喪失，因而不能維持姿勢(shì)。站立時(shí)表現(xiàn)突然低頭、屈膝、跌倒。有時(shí)可連續(xù)發(fā)生數(shù)次，有短暫的意識(shí)喪失或意識(shí)障礙，立即清醒。

(三)復(fù)合發(fā)作

1.失神伴發(fā)肌張力增加：癲癇小發(fā)作有哪些癥狀?表現(xiàn)前俯性失神，后仰性失神或旋轉(zhuǎn)性失神。失神伴肌張力減退：失神伴全身肌張力喪失而跌倒。有時(shí)發(fā)作輕微只是頭往下點(diǎn)(點(diǎn)頭樣發(fā)作)，腦電圖示3次/秒的慢波同步。

2.失神伴肌陣攣：患者除失神發(fā)作外，伴有面部或肢體、眼、眼瞼、眼球向上運(yùn)動(dòng)，常導(dǎo)致跌倒，腦電圖(EEG)示3次/秒棘一慢波或多棘慢波。

3.失神伴植物神經(jīng)癥狀：除了失神癥，還有呼吸、心跳增快或減慢，以及惡心、嘔吐、腹痛、出汗、尿失禁等。

4.失神伴發(fā)自動(dòng)癥：除失神癥外，表現(xiàn)吸吮、咀嚼、吞咽、理衣、行走或其他無目的動(dòng)作。
